Massachusetts Certified exam

I would appreciate any reviews/opinions on the best exam preps available online for the Massachusetts Certified Appraisal Exam prep? I am upgrading from State. Thank you so much for the advice. Hope all is well - Chris

My guess is that most of the regular participating forum members took their exams 20-30 years ago....

The HONDROS book is good. That's the one my instructor used for years (unfortunately he is now retired as are his prep courses).

I am an instructor and I agree. I think the Hondros materials are the best... however, they are out of print. You can still find used copies on Amazon. Beyond that, I think that working through practice tests is most helpful.
