Certified or licensed appraiser (no trainees please) wanted as part-time, independent contractor to cover Southeastern Massachusetts (including Cape COD & Islands) for residential appraising. We are a medium-size, residential appraisal firm. Work from your own office/home. Must use ACI software (no other software please). Excellent fee splits. The reports will be kept in confidentiality, but you're welcome to eliminate confidential material from the samples if you desire.
