Are you still using the descriptive words of "master" bedroom and "master" bath?

No, stopped 10+ years ago. "Primary" is the implied usage of the work Master, but "Primary" works, or just bedroom, or bedroom 1, or En Suite all work without any implied meaning.
Minor change that has no cost to me. This was recently post on another page/forum, and MAN, there are some passionate people out there who will defend the use of Master till their end of days. Again, what cost is it to identify it as a "Bedroom"?

You will love the huge (12 x 12) luxurious en-suite ( 5 x 5 bathroom) for the owner’s delight.

I ceased using that archaic and objectionable term years ago and have moved on to more offensive items....backyard statues. Before undertaking this next battle one had best take out a liability policy, my experience has been that not all homeowners are as woke as I am.

Yes +- 95% of the time
