Master Lot Appraisals

Anyone familiar with completing Master Lot Appraisals?
I have a new client that orders lots of these and just wanted to get some feedback? What type of fees do you seek? Is the scope of work more difficult? Any thoughts?

What are they wanting? One lot that they will use to value all the lots? If so, value the lot. If they misuse the appraisal it is between them and regulators. If that is the case, they will blame you for not telling them what you do not know they do not know! If they want more than four lots proper deductions and discounts need to be applied. That becomes CG territory.

I don't know if these are still allowed, but, here is a form for a Fannie mae Master Residential Appraisal - I don't believe that these are valid for Fannie mae any longer
