I see builder models call it owner bedroom now. I still use the word master but might switch it to owner. Builders are usually on the cutting edn of trends.

How long before primary will need to be removed, as it refers to preference or of chief importance (per dictionary). I suppose someone will be upset with the use of the word chief being used in the dictionary definition of the word primary.

Rather than focusing on the word, one should be more concerned about the context in which the word is used. Obviously, some words are offensive by themselves, but nowhere near the number of words that some people claim they are offended by.

Out MLS adopted that two years ago. It took racist CA two years to react? :)

CA is so woke busy that they are sometimes asleep. But then again it is easier to give lip service to some of the perceived issues than it is to tackle the real issues.

Finally after decades of when appraisers avoided using the term Master, the San Francisco MLS is changing the word "Master" to "Primary". Have your MLS stopped using the word "Master"?
I admit when I wear my Realtor Hat, I still call it Master Bedroom. I hope the change will catch on for all agents.
Before in my appraisal reports, I would call it the Large Bedroom. Primary Bedroom sounds better.
I have prepared master reports of multiple related properties to avoid redundancy. I still call it a "master" suite because the term "master" triggers snowflakes and I love to watch what they descend into as a whimpering ball of pouting butt hurt drooping wet sock puppets...

I see the same. But how long before the Woke pc crowd has a problem with the word owner. Weren't they tearing down statues because they were slave "owners".
It's the context in how the word is use.
