Max house value for accepting a residential appraisal

The liability is the people who buy and sell in those price ranges not the size or cost of the home. Normal working folks normally aren't litigious nor have high powdered personal attorney on speed dial but Hollywood and Business people do and many can afford to just jerk you off because you pissed them off.

My advice is let someone else deal with these people because you can do three or four cookie cutter's in the same amount of time and not have the Kardashians sueing you or someone pulling the race card because you didn't hit the bulls eye.

Beware accountants, attorneys and engineers. By nature, they are most likely to prove problematic if they are the seller/buyer or owner. :)

I had somebody putting together real estate deals who had "two attorneys on staff" threaten to sue me as I was finishing up my site inspection a couple of years ago. I simply pointed out the fact that what he had built so far was in violation of the deed restrictions for the development and I wasn't about to tell the bank that was okay. After I pointed out the error of his ways he got in my face and told me "I'm sick of you appraisers and your BS, I have two lawyers on staff right now putting together deals for me and I'm going to tell them to just sue your ***". I took one step closer to him and leaned forward so we were nose to nose and told him I was "looking forward to it". He scowled at that point and trudged off . Upon returning to the office I notified the client that he was a real dishonest prick who was attempting to defraud them & that they shouldn't proceed forward with that loan under any circumstances. I never heard a further word on the matter and I still get work from that bank.

Who on this forum would you hire to do a $10 million home anywhere ? No offence but I can only name one or two but I know they would decline it because their both nearing retirement and neither one doesn't like to work hard anymore.

The scary part is ones like Nando and
his cousin are the ones who think they are qualified and often they take on these assignments because they don't know what they don't know.
