If McDonalds sues you, you better have really good lawyers and it will cost you a ton, plus FTC will likely get involved in the lawsuit.

McDonalds is world wide in some respects. They are not a party you want suing you.

Of course the meat packers have been price fixing for decades. They're an oligopoly.
