Guys,

Let's give Fannie a break here; we beat them up enough.

After all, are there not those among us who have utilized the term "hot water heater"? Don't know about you but I do not heat my hot water- it is already hot. I heat my cold water in a ...water heater and I store it in my hot water tank.

Maybe we ought to start a string on dumb names for things associated with appraisals?

Brian- you go first!

Sorry, I can't cut Fannie a break. Its not a matter of them calling something a freeway as opposed to an expressway. They re-did the forms too quickly and laid them out poorly.

But, I must confess, I've only done about four since they came into use...so, it really doesn't matter to me what they look like or how badly they flow. I don't do enough form-work to fret over it.

And yes, I hate the old "hot water heater" thing.

Actually, the Old 1025 form has the semi-detached box...and it used to make me crazy when I had to check that one, as well.

I guess this is just gum that Fannie can't get off its grammatical shoe.
