If you want to do this, I would suggest that you designate (overlay) each floor and each room with a character descriptor. You might also have zones or sectors in a large building. For example, Z1.F2.15, for Zone 1, Floor 2, room 15. You can have an Excel sheet cross-reference these rooms with a description of what kind of room it is. Grok, ChatGPT, or Claude should be able to find which rooms are adjacent to each other and analyze the functional utility and compliance with standards. You will also have to give it the standards in PDF format and indicate what kind of standards they are, if not clear in the PDF. It should be able to tell which standards take precedence over others (so-called overlay structures).

I recommend that you look into the building permits from the original construction. This is not always productive, but sometimes provides valuable information. Some jurisdictions keep copies of plans on file and may share them. You will also learn who the general contractor was, and an interview there can be very illuminating if you have the skill to gain their assistance.
 
You did not state the purpose of the appraisal or the definition of value you need to use. Keep in mind the proper inclusion or exclusion of the various items of equipment, fixtures, attachments, etc. We have no idea of your general experience, so don't be offended, but be sure that you comply with the competency requirements. Some specific actions may be required.
