Ok all you appraisers within driving distance of Denver, Colorado. The main man, our founder and web master, Wayne Mc Kerley will be in Colorado Christmas week. I know most of you will be busy with the holidays but can you make time to meet the guy who made all this possible?

I will be scheduling a luncheon meeting in Castle Rock, Colorado (half way between Colorado Springs and Denver) for either Monday, December 22nd or Tuesday, December 23rd...place to be announced depending on the size of the group.

So if you would like to meet THE MAN HIMSELF as well as other Forumites either post to this thread or email me at AffiliatedAppraisers@msn.com. Lets have a Christmas Party!!!

Mike,

I am a bit concerned that the popemobile will not be ready in time for His visit.

No but the new Subaru is ready!

Hey Low-land Boy you are going to WANT those heated seats... them little engines don't throw enough heat to keep folks with thin blood happy.

You DID get the heated seats... right?

Even us flatlanders got snow last night

I'd suggest a re-sceduling and move of gathering venue to KS but NO one would show up.... If the weather is clear I'll be there... but if it snows or even looks like it's gonna snow... well... my little bug doesn't DO drifts... but with the new skidplate I can mud it pretty well B)

I'll be there! Just let me know what you decide.

I go through Kanas on the way to Colorado. Nice sunflowers in August!

The Subaru came with heated seats, I didn't especially want them, but I guess they might come in handy.

It's going to be very different this trip. My old 1989 Jeep Cherokee now has 262,000 miles and has made about 5 of the Florida to Colorado trips in years past. I broke down and bought the Subaru and made the Cherokee a local only vehicle, you know a Beach Buggy. Would have bought another Cherokee, but the stopped making them!

Consider me there! Would like to buy you a drink Wayne for all the hard work!

Have had four Subarus, the only problem is after 125,000 milesthe depreciation is gone.

Always wanted top of the line but went the cheap route.

This year we had a hail storm and for two pecks they discounted $3000 on the Outback with cold weather package.

Has a compass, thermometer, door locks power windows, mirror defrosters AND heated seats.

It sure is good in this backward state.

Had basic training at Ft Carson in January and Feb, 1957--wish I could be there with you all.

although we're not close by and it would be an inspiration (propeller induced  ) trek ta git there, we would have to pass based on te date - every xmas season we start it off right by investing our time (me & the little mrs) workin the Candy Cane express - it's a day full of giving for kids with Life Threating disease's - it's my one shot ta be a good guy for God & St Nicky B)
