Menu bar disappeared in APEX IV

Help,
For some unknown reason, I no longer have the menubar buttons that were previously on top of the screen. Specifically of concern was a button, "select all", then "text", then there was an ABC button, that allowed the text to be re-sized or "select all", then "dimensions", then ABC to resize the font for all the dimensions. Does anyone know how to restore these buttons? I tried re-installing the software, but that didn't fix it.

What version?

What version of Apex are you using?

Click on Help
Then About

Sounds like your configuration file may need to be reset. Before calling tech support tomorrow, however, you might try right clicking on a toolbar and see if a menu pops up showing a missing item or two. If so, simply select the item you want to show/hide.

[EDIT] The illustration below shows two missing toolbars. I believe the one you are desscribing is the image on top - the File toolbar.
