Family-owned appraisal firm in the Thumb is looking for a CR, or CG appraiser who is FHA certified to join team. We offer software, support, MLS subscription(s), fax/phone, billing, and a great working environment.
Our firm has built a reputation for quality valuations & reporting, in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost. By striving to honor those core commitments we have continued to grow our client list and stay busy - even in these tough economic times.
The right fit for this position would be someone who has a strong work-ethic, is detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines. The candidate should have a desire to learn and grow as an appraiser. Our firm services a wide range of clients with diverse needs throughout the state and out-state. (Don't be fooled by the Thumb/Marlette address!) . There are opportunities to learn how to appraise commercial, industrial, partial takings, subdivision, and other complex property types, as well.
