Minimum Size To Be Considered 2 Car Garage

Saw one with a 2 car garage where the guy had put in 2 lifts converting it to a 4 car garage. Drive 2 in, raise 'em up, and drive in 2 more.

I did not add any value for the special equipment. Kinda cool though.

I adjust garage sizes based on square footage and state it in the grid;

340 sf gar. vs 540 sf gar. - adjust for the difference in size - more time consuming, but more sensitive to cost and it eliminates the 1 verses 2 car situation....
