This question is to those of you who work in Pa. (Monroe County , as an example).
Are there tax records like NJ tax records available to appraisers, or anything like that?
Do the MLS have this feature? Is the MLS cost in Monroe within reason?
I hope folks like Ben Can help with this.
Regards, Moe

Haven't been to Monroe County in many moons but I know Northhampton
County (City of Easton) has mucho info available in the Assessors Office. They had good info (building outline, etc) available on their internal computers. Perhaps
Monroe isn't so far behind.

Hope you don't have to make many trips to Monroe. It seems a long way
from Hudson/Bergen area.

Good Luck

Joe

Moe,
I have been shopping for land in Monroe county and have found nothing online that is very helpful. I have visited and telephoned the Monroe County Assessor's office and have found the people there to be pleasant and helpful.
