We all need a laugh now and then, mostly now

Head south on I-4 W 2.3 mi 2. Take exit 72 for FL-528 toward Cape Canaveral 0.7 mi 3. Slight right at FL-528 E 0.6 mi 4. Take exit 1 for International Dr 0.3 mi 5. Turn right at FL-536/International Dr 443 ft 6. Merge onto FL-528 W via the

Remember, it is a realtor giving the instructions.

They got it from Google. I can't figure out Google's directions either, they make it way more difficult than it actually is.

Be careful if you do anything in Walden Greens next door. Some company came in and bought a bunch of units in there. I had to do an REO in Walden Greens.
The last two reviews I have done in Walden Palms were a joke. There is an owner that has an Oviedo mailing address that owns a bunch of units in there and in Waterford Landing condos north of 50 by UCF.

I think many times they (realtors) think backwards. I have read many many directions where it states turn left and after getting there they meant turn right. Also how many times we can not find a sale because they spelled the name wrong. Best example there is a property across the street from were I live, its been on market for well over a year and very little activity in may opinion because no can find the listing to gets its price, because the street name is spelled wrong I have called the listing agent 3 times trying to tell him. Each time he gets mad and says its spell correctly. Some people you can not help.

Make sure you read the listing agents name before relying on directions. If it's a female agent then call the listing office and ask if any guys can tell you how to get there.

The directions are usually based on how to get there from their office. They don't realize people may be coming from a different direction.

Maybe, but the directions that begin this thread ask the driver to go 5-7 miles past the Conroy Rd exit off I-4 where the property is located, by-passing the Kirkman Rd and the Sand Lake Rd exits that could get you there, and then not head to the property via the I-Drive exit they have the person take. There is not an office location that would cause someone to take the suggested route, except maybe Hopland or the I-Drive underpass for 528. :rof:

I was in a RE CE class when the instructors first instruction to the class was to write down the directions to the CE class location. It was hilarious and quite frankly embarassing to some of the agents in the class. I got a big kick out of it, since I was surprised that they could find their way there. It explained the carpooling.

I can read the directions now without seeing the paper.
  1. Type the address into the GPS.
  2. Do whatever the box says to do.
  3. Arrive at the destination.
