The real estate practitioners’ members for the MLS system in Fairfield County, CT will monitor your typing skills as a security. It would easy to find me with my two-three finger use on the key board. I wonder if it is cost effective to implement a security if the revenue stream does not increase.

That has to be the funniest damn thing I've ever read!!!

:rof:

how low can the NAR go? even lower than I thought....heaven forbid your secretary dare do a search for you......

Did you notice that they lumped appraisers in with moving co's, Mortgage co's and web sites? Why is it that Realtor boards and MLS administrators think that appraisers don't need market information? Perhaps they would change their minds if no mortgages were approved in their area for a few weeks because appraisers couldn't get the needed data.

That's the biggest load of crap I've seen all day. If it's web access to their data I seriously doubt they've implemented anything other than a bullsh1t factor. Beside, if they ever revoke access based on such "evidence" that person should immediately file suit and let them prove it in a court of law.
