Has anyone had luck setting up wintotal to import MLS data?

In short NO.
(and yes I have tried on nuerous occasions. Can get some data but not all.)

Still trying. I have a hard time populating the fields after import.

I played for a couple hours with getting data out of Rapatonni MLS and into WinTotal. Had no luck.

I have to say, a growth/revenue seeking company like Alamode, which is evidenced by their success as well as all the emails, phone calls, pop ups, I am very surprised they have not attempted to simplify the importing of MLS data.

In a decent sized market like the Chicago and suburbs were I am from, as well as many many others, they could create some sort of module or add on to the existing software which would allow the user to capture MLS data in the same way the mapping does i.e. one click and the info is downloaded.

They should develop it now in major markets while things are slower, in a refi boom you can bet the residential appraisers would quickly jump on board. The providers of MLS technology are in multiple major markets, so if you figure out the technology with one particular area, you've likely got a bunch.

Come on Alamode, you know its a great idea, real estate will come back eventually.

Wintotal coustermer service would not help me when I called about this. There out was you need to get your MLS export set upfirst then we will help.cop out
