MLS Text File import gone?

I was just setting up a file for an inspection I have today and went to import my comps using the MLS csv file import and there is no longer a button or menu item for the import. Anybody else seeing this?

I text chatted with their support this morning. They said it was due to an outage. I don't understand how a function that works on local files can have an outage.

This issue needs to be resolved quickly as I rely upon imports for every report and lacking this functionality will cost me significant additional time per report.

I'm in the same boat. Tech support called me back this afternoon and told me the same thing. It does have me wondering.

It shows that you should always keep copies on your own hard drives in addition to cloud services.

That's what I'm wondering. The MLS file import is as good as QuickSource in my market with how inaccurate their validation data source is. I still have to look up all the assessor information to check values in comps. If it had accurate info it might be worth the price they're asking.

It was back late yesterday.

It came back yesterday. I used it in a report today. Also had an interaction with tech support on another issue, but it was my 'puter, not Total. Guy was super helpful. I hardly ever have any issues with Total.
I really like Total and really don't want to switch, but I am concerned they might remove the MLS import, so I am demoing SFREP. God it is hard learning new software.

I used the MLS import with QS, but never the existing stand alone. I will have to try it to see how different it is. QS could be handy, but I wasted so much time correcting MLS/County errors that it did not really save me much over typing the info in fresh.

I hated that QC got rid of the instant Import previous version of your comp right on the grid and was constantly turning QC off to use my preferred method.
