With that said I watched their video on YouTube.

It took a bit to find the price. $299.99. Not terrible......not great. I'm NO fan of putting another damn app on my phone.

But...........I want to see how it measures the exterior of a house first. Their video was confusing and did not show me, as an appraiser how it would benefit me day-to-day.

Measure the exterior of a 2-story house with differences on top and bottom, calculate the gross living area and if it saves me time......I will buy one.

Never heard of it but looks interesting. Hopefully it can integrate with total sketch. Don't want to open two apps while on inspection. My bosch is awesome.

I was researching this device as well as the Spike laser that attaches to your phone.

Frankly, there are not enough reviews from appraisers for me to pull the trigger on either. I would like to hear from anyone who has used any of these two devices.
