I anyone aware of a "blue book" for estimating value of used mobile homes (personal property)?

IMHO, unless you are going to do a new unit, I would extract from the market. I've seen such a disparity between costs and market value that unless you're giving a 25% economic obsolescence from the beginning, you're going to be way overvalued, at least in the North Texas market.
