Modular or Manufactured, need help please!

If it looks like a double wide then comp it as one! If the general public would think its a double wide from the street (or pic) then the market value is best reflected by using double wide (Manufactured) comps...95% of the time you can tell from a pic, but I must admit that I have run across some that look like they are manufactured but are modulars. I just think your doing an injustice by comping a modular that looks like a double wide with stick built comps.
