Here's my $64 question.....so why can't I
say I have access to multiple listing and
public records and I've developed a wiz
bang correlation model (that after re-working
a few times has a correlation coefficient of 98%),
and set up Elliott's AVMs Now and charge
the going rate and not be subject to any of
those pesky appraisal regs. It would be
separate from Elliott's USPAP Appraisal
Service. I don't understand why its ok
for XYZ Corp to offer the service and I
can't.

It would be ok. Just make yourself a minority stockholder in the corporation to get around the USPAP regs.

Where i am, there's a dot.com scammers mansion next door to a wobbly-box trailer w/ no wheels next to a Hells Angels pad next to a rural church next to US forest land.
Didn't work even with all that technology.
