I haven't looked into it but there has to be some appeal process. Otherwise vindictive prosecutors can just tell you to turn over 40 years of appraisals and their workfiles. 6 years of reports is different than wanting the reports in question. It is a fishing expedition.

I think they can ask for them. The appraiser will only have what they have not destroyed. I am unaware of any requirement for records to be retained beyond 5 years. And man when this first came to light, if it were me I'd have my shredder working overtime.

Why has no one been charged with Insurrection?

Answer: Because there was no insurrection. Democrat protesters were able to get 5 cops killed in Dallas. Democrats tend to forget these facts. Just look them up without Google, and you will learn a lot.
