Has anybody heard of this? I came across their add in craigslist looking for new sales reps. They are advertising themselves as a new type of mortgage protection agency that is an unbiased third party thier to protect the borrower. What are your thoughts?

Never heard of them. I wonder if thier primary service to help consumers save thousands of dollars on their mortgage loan by reducing finance charges and closing costs include cheap, skippy style appraisal fees? :new_smile-l:

Any company that uses symbols and seals that all but copy official government seals are usually con artists.

READS LIKE FORMER MB's OFFERING LOAN APPLICATION REVIEW SERVICES to {save consumers}:new_smile-l:

I clicked on locations on their website and it turns out the nearest and only location for every state from Florida to California is Wisconsin. Probably an out of work Mortgage Broker with an idea he's trying to market.

Yea the whole image is just a simple link to his contact page. It's all the same. Very misleading. :nono:

Bogus, bogus, bogus!

looks like they're trying to capitalize on the Mortgage mess, by "picking" all the higlight componenets that are currently being argued; packaging it all up to help save the planet from the next surge of unlicensed MB's and creative Lenders.

I would see an "upfront Fee" for the review and ifn there are any "blemishes" an additional Fee to clean those up. Any cost "savings" would be taken by the players in this field.

Sounds to me just like a Review Appraisal; we get our upfront Fee and when we find blemishes, Uh Oh - we Don't get that extra creative Fee for saving the Lenders $$$$$$ and the chance to loose more $$$$. Dam, almost had a creative thought goin there....LOL
