Like I said, start a new post titled "Do you think these items are FHA issues as presented by C&L" by 'Appraiser with a lot of free time'.

For everyone else, thank you for answering a simple question with a simple answer.
 
Well FHA put out this FAQ, so they must be frequent issues:

Don't forget to include cracked windows and handrails on stairs (since you don't plan on reading the manual, you probably will want to include those too!)
That was sarcasm. I actually read 2005-ML-48.

C&L, don't you see that you will be providing WRONG information to the public. I know, you don't care. And we wonder why we have become such a maligned profession...

Since the 2005 FHA revisions there has been very little difference between a conventional scope of work and an FHA scope of work. So I see little relevance in your question?

Knowing what that "very little difference" is, is the key.......
 
The differences are minor and seldom cause issues.
