It's $100,000!

Just Received: Comp 4 sold with bldr. paying $3,000 in closing costs. That brings it down a little below $100,000. All this continuing education I've paid for since 1988 drummed the Matched Pairs Analysis in my head....and I'm using it!

Thank you to all!!!

Charlotte,
Now, now...no horn blowing! That sure worked out in your favor!
So tell us...what were you going to do if the builder hadn't made concessions?

Well Dee Dee.....I'd lean on the resales!

Every job I ever had in my life I had one big complaint, as I remember,

................... I don't have enough responsibility!!! ..........................

Now I just want to stab myself in the eye with an ice pick!!! :!:

Charlotte,
I'm glad everything worked out for you, and hopefully your client won't drop you over a $2000 difference. I know plenty who would, and have.
Be careful with that ice pick.

Dee Dee

Thanks Dee Dee! They can't drop me; they're stuck with me. More appraisal requests will be coming down the pike from them. It's a V.A. and I don't give a hoot about the lender. I can be very objective.
