This is the original Mr.LA!

I wanted to give you all an update. It's been a few years. First of all, howdy!

2022 was a spectacular year! Finished that year at a record breaking year! 2023 and 2024 was pretty awesome too! 2025 another spectacular year!

I saw the post just now. The one with what happened to Mr.LA? Well, I decided to leave the negativity on this forum and accomplish my goals!

Focus is key fellas. Keep your eyes on the prize.

I am still going strong. High volume, high quality, and I've never stopped kicking ***!

I am the last of the mohicans!

Welcome back! 2022 was our third biggest year (after 2021 & 2020 ... and only $1K above 2019, which by itself would have made the heads of most of the denizens of this place spin ... :ROFLMAO:)

Missed your contagious positivity (and the inevitable vitriol directed at you from those in ... lesser circumstances without a system ...)

But I do have a question for you now ... have you been SLACKING? Because in exactly 8 months we're gonna "turn off the lights" and celebrate going into retirement. That's right. No messing with the INSANE "UAD 3.6 Abomination" ... You? ;)

Lol. I'm just messing with you fellas.

Have a wonderful day.

Don't worry about the 3.6 change over. I am actually going to start doing them in a few weeks. It's not a big deal. A good appraiser always adapts. Just keep on trucking.....and don't stop.

Neva eva. I do some type of work, every day. Appraising, doing remodels on my adus or rental projects, playing tennis, performing on my wife, etc. Life's a grind. Pun intended.

Great attitude to have! However, I'm 15 years older than you are, don't see as well as you do anymore, and far far less tech savvy. It's time for other pursuits, which have been largely on the back burner for years. Appraising is just a job that I did for 24 years, that I learned how to do well, without being bored out of my mind. I will not think of it a single solitary time after I walk away, other than to feel grateful that it allowed our family the opportunity to be successful and to share that success and all that flowed from it.

I noticed I'm not as alert as I was 10 years ago.
Today in San Francisco I was driving on wrong lane and quickly went back to my correct lane (too many one way streets got me confused). What was I thinking?
