What form would you use to do a retrospective triplex appraisal for an individual not lender?

Narrative or GP form. There is no prohibition on using the 1025 but, it is specifically intended for mortgage appraisals. If you use the 1025, you need to be smart about adding superseding comments and probably additional comments to deal with the preprinted limiting conditions and certifications and Intended Use/User, etc... that don't apply.

Terrel, learn to capitalize the first word in a sentence.
 
Use the gp form. Never use a fannie form. My state says never.
I like the gp forms. You don't need all that minutia to be on there, like for fannie.
