That's a perfectly justified response to someone who just took a swing on you or fled from you or pointed their car at you. She was most definitely a fkg bithc in that moment. She had no right to do that. He had no duty to retreat and every right to point his weapon at her as a threat to stop or else.

In any case, the point stands untouched - she didn't get shot for non-compliance. Same as Ashli Babbitt didn't get shot for non-compliance.
