Digger your posts remind me of the people that say they make 400k a year selling Amway part time or make $1,000 working from home a day by being a mystery shopper..

i dont know what to say, my story is my story. i get called a liar here more than anyone x10 and ive been here 6 years...

Maybe because you are virtually the only one whose every assignment without exception is fast, easy, 10 minutes from your house, use only 3 comps but always a high fee etc....maybe we should not doubt your story and we are just jealous!

I am working on a court case report tonight. If I had to drive all the land sales (five) and the improved comparables (6) it would take over three hours.

I have another private party report that driving the comps would take about two hours. It is a house on 72 acres.

Both of these reports will be around 50 pages.

Some people are lucky, some of us aren't.

It takes 8 hours at minimum to do it right. A simple 1004

i thought i have been saying that all along. (except for the 10 minutes from my house thing my service area is 1,674 sq miles)
