NAR has suggestions for VA MPRs

This is what the NAR should be worried about:


 
No, the letter I posted was from NAR to VA, but saying lots of the same things. They willl learn VA does not like to be told what they "should" do" by agents who stand to gain if Veterans overpay for something with obvious condition issues. VA has a loan program for rehabilitation of properties, kind of like 203K, but there are qualifications for that type of VA loan, it is not meant for every day purchases, which are often 100% loans.
