I haven’t used RealWired, but I have experience with both Narrative1 and Dataprise. I ended up going with Narrative1, because I liked the way the templet were designed to interface and I liked the ability to customize the templet to my needs. I’m a big fan of the web based database. They have several videos to help new users along with a pretty good online help section. There customer service has been great.
