Need a little help in the Springfield area

Looking for an appraiser in the Springfield area. Here's the quick run down: I've got someone here (Texarkana, TX) getting a divorce and has equity in a house in the Springfield area. I'm still trying to get the details of what all they need as far as the house in Springfield goes. If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated.

You might check the state website for their name (i am sure Dan has dropped his Appraiser lic but is still a broker i think.

Also the Ozark chapter of AI is situated there, and check for members on AI's forum.
