Hi Everyone,

I've been asked by a client to submit a Fannie Mae 1007 Comparable Rent Schedule Form. I have the blank form in my appraisal software, but wondered if I could lean on my appraisal community to provide me a sample of a completed one. The form is pretty self-explanatory, but I haven't completed one before and I'd feel more comfortable seeing on that has been completed. If you can help me out, feel free to email me at timwilmath@gmail.com. Thanks in advance! Tim

Thank you Elliott! Really appreciate it.

If you provide an opinion of Market Rent (keep in mind, you have to include a definition of Market Rent), it is an appraisal and needs to comply with USPAP (as does any appraisal).
