Finishing up a report, upon which I relied (affiliated) with a CG for assistance.

Does anyone have any good wording to disclose this?

I assume this goes in the certifications page?

I have never done a report like this before. The last person to significantly help with a report was my mentor back in the day.

Thanks in advance

PS, I could ask my partner tomorrow, but i am trying to put the bow on this one tonight. Thanks.

You say you had the assistance of a CG. If the report is above your license level that CG has to sign.

Otherwise, the disclosure is stated as the truth as you know it....what exactly did the CG do? Visit the property, assist with comps, assist with development, give advice? Just discuss in your Scope of Work exactly what this person did for you.

Disclose, disclose, disclose.
