Does anyone have any suggestions on a second data source for the Bronx?

I have Geo Data, which is very helpful. I do not have MLS for the Bronx.

Is there an MLS type service that gives more concise info for listings, and sales comparables in this area?

For those of you that do appraisals in the Bronx, are you using two sources, and if so, are you able to obtain inside information such as; room count, etc. ?

Any help or suggestions is very appreciated.

Thanks.

Also...
property shark
Street easy

and the info in the Data sources thread...

Thanks Tony,

I've been reviewing Property Shark, but it doesn't give all the information you would normally be able to get with MLS. I was hoping to find a similar source to MLS, where it gives room counts, basements, amenities, etc.

I believe that you have to subsribe to it to get all the info ...also check out comps inc lite...

I stay in Nassau and Suffolk so I don't really know to much about the city stuff.

I appreciate your help, thanks again!

westchester MLS

Westchester MLS is great for most of the Bronx. If you can get a hold of anybody with Westchester MLS its very helpful for the Bronx. Good luck!! :new_smilie_colors1:

David is right, Westchester-Putnam Multiple Listing Service (WPMLS) actually covers most Bronx areas. If that doesn't work, there's a dude up in the Highbridge section that will give you all the secondary verification you want. :)

Thank you to Tony, David, and Claude for your help and advice...........I was able to find a colleague who had access to Westchester MLS, it was a big help for my Bronx appraisal.
