Need commercial appraiser in N MS

Buying a 38 unit MH park and need an appraisal for the bank...property in Panola County, MS - 50 miles or so, south of Memphis.

Check for Dwight Brown out of Wynne, AR or Mickey Lee in McCrory. I think both are certified in MS

just curious, did the bank ask you to go find an appraiser?

The lender is in another state & I have done several deals with them, they just asked a get one from a "reputable" appraiser.

I tried both Dwight & Mickey and neither do commercial appraisals in MS.....only farm &/or hunting land. If anyone has any recommendations for N. MS I would be most grateful.
