Need Help - Comps

Indianapolis appraisers, I need comps with In-Law's quarters, finished rooms over the garage, or garage conversions in the Irvington area.

Any help would be appreciated.

Mike, what are you needing? I will check my records and see what I can come up with for you. There were some comps in the Warren Park area that had in-law apartments. I just did an estate appraisal in that area that was a two family and I used some of those sales. They were in MLS, but might be slightly older. Best I can do to help..

Thanks Doug. Also, plug that BLC # in and you'll see what I'm dealing with.

It's an investor purchase. The house is in pretty good shape, just needs carpet and paint.

It has an attached garage that has been converted into living space. It's done up to the rest of the house with a kitchenette and full bath.

Also, the worst part is it's in Irvington and only 11 years old, so it's makes it a bit of an anomaly.
