I have a power-hungry FHA underwriter (some how I don't think this is an isolated case....LOL)

Does anyone know if FHA has replaced Form # 92051, which expired 12/31/07 with a new/updated form, and if so, where can I find it?

I've looked at the links posted in this forum and also on HUD Clips but can't find anything.

Just trying to help out my appraiser. Thanks.

The CIR (Compliance Inspection Report)?

That is still the applicable form for reporting that repairs or inspections have been completed. FHA appraisals do not use the 1004D form.

Pam... If this is the same "mortgagelady" from the BO, I think she is one of the brokers who is more understanding and sympathetic to appraisers.

I think the confusion arises by the fact that she states the current 92051 expired as of 12/31/2007. I am looking at my software version and there is no reference to any expiration date ????? The only date I see on my software is an effective date of (7/87).

Ahhh...
