I have been doing a lot of appraisal work for Realtors who need pre-listing appraisals. I also just got an order for an estate, date of death, appraisal. I was told by my previous employer that I needed to use the old URAR form for these types of assignments. Does anyone have any feedback? Thank you! :peace:

Most software companies have a general purpose form - WinTotal does. That is what I use. What software do you have?

I found the form. Thank you! Do you add the certification page, or any others?

Thank you. Looks like the GP forms in my software have a GP certification.
