Need Help Please

Someone posted an article where a builder & appraiser were being sued in regards to a sub division action and posted along with it was the court filing - can anyone provide me a link to that ( it was in CA) - I would greatly appreciate it.

I tried a couple of different seach types, but got no similar responses...

If you can you recall any other details - you may have better luck with google off the AF-site if it was just a link...
