Need Nj Car Wash Comp Help!

Hi All!

I am working on a tax appeal for car wash in central/northern New Jersey and have not had much luck coming up with good comparable's that have significant details regarding the car wash business regarding income. The Tax appeals are for the tax years of 2012 and 2014, if anyone knows of good resources or specific comps that would be great! Of course i would love to return the favor anyway I can, thanks!

Try talking to commercial brokers, they may be able to provide the names of brokers who specialize in car washes, quick lubes, etc.
Car wash equipment suppliers may also be a good source of information.
