Need Recommendation on New Appraisal Software

I really dislike wintotals addendum writer feature. Ever time you type more than 1 additional character into a blank it opens this window you have to cancel or it puts your text off into lala land some where. I dont really get it.

Just as an FYI, this feature can be turned off. Just go to the Addenda section (lower left part of screen). The Text Overflow Option menu will come up. At the bottom, Select the 3rd choice labeled "Don't Show this box again and don't jum to the Addenda"
