I appraised a property in May and the people are now using a new lender, not the one I appraised it for. They did not go through with the first lender. The new lender is sending a request for me to do the appraisal in their name. Can I appraise the same property in this case?

You can perform a new appraisal. It's simply a new assignment, and the other lender has nothing to do with the current assignment.

The only caveat would be that is you were provided confidential information you wouldn't be able to use it without that client's permission, or you had agreed to some conditions restricting you from doing an appraisal on the property for some reason.
