WTF does that mean? Hutterites don't have kitchens. Amish wire houses but don't hook up the electricity. Midgets want low doorknobs?
I mean certain cultures don't like certain numbers in address. Do you like 13 or 666?
Some don't like wood beam ceilings having ill effects in their lives.
These don't have effects on many buyers but some mind. You need to be more aware, more Woke.

Hispanics favor bold house colors to ward off evil spirits. Asians favor curved roof ridges, because evil travels in straight lines and cannot penetrate a pagoda roof. Like that?

Can't believe you have such racist overtones.....then again I shouldn't be.

"Having cultural sensitivity is like a badge of honor for socially intelligent people. They make it their business to be aware and considerate of different customs and traditions. It's not about tiptoeing around differences; it's about embracing and respecting them. They’ll research, ask polite questions, and listen to understand, not just to respond. It’s this cultural empathy that helps them navigate a globalized world smoothly."

You are a hoot Ferd, a real hoot.

Don't you want to be a socially intelligent person?

Words have meanings. We have dictionaries that we can use to know what the meaning of a word is. I'm not really interested in allowing Lenders or AMCs tell me which words are currently unacceptable... or what those words really mean. If i say that the subject is located in a high crime area, and it actually is located in a high crime area. It is complete and utter nonsense to tell me that I can't say that. Of course, I will need to be able to define the parameters for 'high crime' and I will need to have objective data in my work file and I should be able to demostrate how it is relevant to the valuation.
