Appraisers need to stop putting so much time and effort into preventing other people from working. The free market helps everyone. It was the trade groups that caused the mass exodus from Europe in the 19th and 20th century.

Apparently you do not understand the problem. BPO's are being used as a substitute for appraisals. I provided a visual aid during my testimony before the state senate committee.
I took a popular BPO form and an appraisal form and erased the titles, most people could not tell the difference between the appraisal form and the BPO form.

I would encourage anyone who has submitted a complaint about unlicensed people completing BPO's to attend an Appraisal Commission meeting in Newark and demand a report on the status of the complaint.
