I am looking for an appraiser(or a referral) that can do a new construction (plans & specs) mobile home and land appraisal on a URAR 1004 form in Orange, TX.
I am very familiar with the problems this type of property creates. The lack of comp because of the just recent state requirement to start recording mobile home/land sales as fully real estate. The tendancy for the dealership to over estimate the estimated value of the property.
