Considering the average age of residential appraisers, not doing GSE appraisals is not much of a threat or comment, there's going to be a TON of appraisers who simply won't be doing GSE appraisals by choice.

Canned comments is one of the reasons they are dumping forms in favor of the dynamic reporting.

The best you can hope for in the cloning part is maybe some part of the market grid. Because it is only specific questions, you could miss answering a question right if it's been cloned.
The program will not have a cloning button. You can do a workaround clone for maybe some parts.

Alamode will have quick lists for those parts that need some type of comments. Comments have nothing to do with this transformation. How many ways can i describe my row homes, or their specific neighborhoods.

The most difficult part is that you have to go question to question. And it isn't 10 questions on 1 page. Could be 200 pages of questions. And watch page while you wait to be saved, then next to the next question. And i don't think you can do this while walking thru a house. The order of the questions don't follow your walk thru. So you have to search for as specific item page as you walk thru. Imaging going back and forth pages to post 1 answer about something. But that my guess. And the flipping back and forth to the comps MLS sheet for all the new comp questions being asked. It is not making us more productive, just the slaves picking even more cotton for their avm, for the same past fee of course..
