Also explore the "my controls" link which is where you set all your settings for email notification and profile settings.

In addition, check out "my assistant" which allows you to navigate a little easier.

I have a question, I guess for Wayne. I'm in and out of here, probably 7-8 times a day....easy with cable modem. Now, when I leave, I just hit the X at the top corner and I'm back into my appraisal form. Tell me, because I don't log out, does it look like I'm on here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week????? Honestly, I'm not
