Yep. These photos are being used for other valuation products, including evaluations for banks, AVMs, hybrid products, etc. And the more photos, front, rear, all baths (sound familiar?) adds credibilty to these reports.

And in today's MLS news, CoreLogic will allow CT MLS subscribers to see listings from "six additional states outside of Connecticut. Now you can access listings from Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, New Jersey, New York and Florida". From Hartford to Miami!

So have they settled their turf war with MLSes by sweeping them in? None of these CoreLogic data offerings cost more. Yet.
